Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
• You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Within India: 4–7 business days , International Orders: 10–20 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp to track your package online.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide.
• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Lost Packages

• We take great care in packaging your items safely. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by courier mishandling.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for a resolution.
• In case of lost shipments, we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
