Reporting an Issue

Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
- The customers can return the product within 3-5 days after receiving the product
- The replaced product will be delivered in 5-7 business days
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours with photos/video proof so we can arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
